The total reliability on their being such a huge delay when clicking on "notifications" should be a clue to something. I mean, for me, it's always a huge delay. Any time of day. Seems independent of any server load.

This issue has nothing to do with the browser you're using. I've seen this occur on every modern browser, on multiple devices. Slowness, database crashes, and gateway errors are indicative of an underlying problem with the site. And I've only seen it with this site; I don't have a problem any place else.

I've been away for a long time. I'm using the browser from this phone manufacturer. First day back I saw all these errors. It's the website. It's a tad broken.
