So how are you supposed to spell it? I live near Philedelphia and I don't notice anything.

    Correctly would do just fine.

    (in both cases)

Confession: I can't spell "Philly" correctly without spell check.

We don't have laws if we all have to buy our own insurance for when criminals victimize us.

On the other hand, it's also 1 more step towards police no longer being in the way of the law-abiding handling perps on their own. Right now, they won't come out for a stolen car, but they WILL come out for a car thief being shot.

You'd probably want at least 5 acres for this plan. Perps won't fit inside a window planter box. Not even if apportioned among 3 or 4 boxes.
You can bet there will always be enough time and money in the budget to respond and prosecute one of US that defends ourselves against one of THEM. The plan is to change the culture. Any citizen that acts contrary to that goal will be sanctioned, bet on it.

People in Pittsburgh don't have to worry about that now. It is not an emergency or a "crime in progress" so it shouldn't matter how long it takes for the thug to dissolve.

Since no cop will come to your house anyway IMO you don't even need to make a report.

If you do, there is a self-righteous karen around here who will throw a temper tantrum and report you for it.
