Default ATF website always down - trying to certify eForm 4

I'm trying to procure a suppressor through Silencer Shop and a local dealer. I have gotten to the part where I need to certify my eForm 4 with my dealer. I've contacted my dealer numerous times for the last week and half and every time I call to certify, I've been told that the ATF site is down, call back tomorrow.

Anyone else have this happen? Is this common? I find it hard to believe that every single time I call, the ATF site isn't working. I'm at my wits end here trying to get this done.

You can check yourself*and it does go down from time to time, but continuously for the last week and a half? Highly doubtful*

Does the silencer shop send them directly to your home?

I've done that before I call and the site is fine. I think there's something else going on when the dealer goes to login or whatever.

No, it's send to a dealer. When the process is all complete, you just pick up at the dealer. From what I understand, if the dealer has a gun range, you can use the suppressor at their facility until you get your tax stamp.

There is one dealer out there that ships to your door, I thought it may be that one. Well at least you can use it,
while waiting 7 months to get the stamp.
