Best as far as? Accuracy? Reliability? Or something else.

For me reliability is number one, accuracy depends on who*s shooting it. I*ve seen guys with 3k 1911*s that couldn*t hit the side of a barn and guys with 500.00 Glocks shoot like they had a 3k accurized 1911.

Probably going to have to say my Ruger MKIV tactical. Nothing else comes close to it in terms of accuracy, fun factor, and cost. I've not yet found a centerfire semi that has made me want to keep it long term.

Sig p226 9mm. All metal perfection. I love my polymer guns too but mechanically the 226 is a work of art.

Laugo Alien by far. The low mass slide and super low bore axis really make a giant difference. Wish I had one, but cant say Id ever spend that much on a hand gun.

Captain Waffles is from Newtown Square, I grew up there. Went to Marple Newtown. My p226 is aluminum frame and stainless slide my p220 is stainless frame and slide.
