My truck has P275/60R-20 (factory size), Falken Wildpeak tires that
are both All Terrain and All Season. They get the 39 PSI from the sticker
and my tread wear is always even.
It's not economics it's safety. I would not inflate to anything over the recommendation
for the truck weight and GVWR.

The tire manufacturer is assuming the tire has been installed on the proper vehicle and
no mods have been made.

Talked to my SIL, he owns a '23 GMC black widow he stated that when he took delivery he was told by the dealer to run 38 psi. Hope that helps your dilemma.

Thanks all - just got a chance to check thread and I was surprised at all the replies!
Yes, door sticker numbers don't apply seeing it is a custom-built truck and new tires and rims were put on by Black Widow Trucks Inc.. Basically Chevy, Ford, Nissan, Ram and I believe Jeep use Black Widow to build custom trucks. They go from factory to Black Widow then to dealership. It started it's life as a Silverado 1500 Z71 RST then had custom paint job (I went with Black over White) 6" lift, black custom rims and 35" tires, custom leather interior, black widow front grill and under fender trim, air vents in hood, interior lighting changed to red, black widow badging, black tipped exhaust, blah, blah, blah. I also added an electric remote control bed cover over the spray on liner. It's a bit much but sometimes you just say F it. Wife was with me and surprisingly at dealership she said "just buy it" - huh! And supposedly no two trucks are exactly the same - some may be close, but supposedly each one is a one off?
And duh on the tires, I should have looked. Says max. pressure 75. Maybe 70 is right - lol.
Thanks again all - I am going to reach out to Black Widow just to be sure.
I'll probably have to sell it in a few years because I won't be able to get in or out of it due to old age.......................................

I had 35,s on a Silverado. Tire said MAX 70 psi but I ran 50-55 psi with success. Dropped it way down for the sand but 50 for the road, winter and summer.

I have the BFG KO2 o n my Ram...I run them at 52 to 50psi

fuel mileage is related to rolling resistance which is related to

Tire pressure.

Hi pressure = less rolling resistance = better gas mileage.

Comfy ride vs cheaper drive...Suit yourself ...

Truck builder Black Widow said 40 psi is the correct number. They sent me new stickers for the door jam saying the ones in it were not correct - GM ones or the ones they put on !!!! Ugh. They said they are sure the 40 psi is the correct amount. So 40 it is - for now. Thanks again all!

I have those tires in 33*s and run comfortably between 40 and 42 psi.
