Let's start with the fact that she is 17 and has 3 tattoos. Skull and bones, animal footprint and some other animal looking thing. Those are the three we can see. Heavy set and not very attractive to most boys except a few. Looks like some old green dye in her hair, or it could be bad lighting. Probably suffering from a myriad of teen issues that involve a bunch of letters like add, adhd, gender this and gender that, depression and all the other crap that people make up. A.K.A mental illness / suicidal.

OK and given all of that, maybe a history of hurting herself. Why wouldn't they put anything like that in the bulletin? I was thinking more like she had a history of receiving threats, a boyfriend with a bad reputation or maybe having a parent who might be looking to take her to another state with them or something.
