No. Courts rule on specific situations and schools weren't part of the question.

Courts rule on specific situations and schools weren't part of the question.
Perhaps the question should be why is the disregard of the 2nd amendment going unprosecuted.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

To be clear, this case only applies to the defendant in this case. There is no injunction in place. This was a criminal case geared towards 1 person, not a civil case for a group to get an injunction for an entire group of people. If someone decides to open carry in the Post Office there is a good chance that you will still be arrested, charged and have to spend money defending yourself. This shows you may win, but it will cost you.

    Article from the AARP

5 Big Changes Coming to the Post Office in 2024

    1. Stamp prices are going up

    2. ID is required for forwarding mail

    3. Four new stamps are being released with more to come

    4. Mail volume will decline and losses will grow

    5. Better service and speedier delivery are expected

Carrying in the PO did not make the list.

AARP is a rather liberal organization. I would be surprised if they added it to the list
even if there was a sweeping change in the law.
I would attribute more to coincidence that AARP's list is correct.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
