Re: Martini Receivers and such
Not that I know of. But there are a number of companies that make barrels. My uncle has a lathe, milling machine, presses, and the rest of the goodies you'd find at a machinist's shop. So long as there is enough meat on the barrel, threading can be made.
Then I can buy/rent a reamer for whatever cartridge I want. If it is a standard cartridge, it is a straight off the shelf deal. If a wildcat of my own, then I'd have to have one made. Making a reamer myself would be a real turd - requires specially harder stock metal and special even harder tooling.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag
