    Default Hunting with Komrad 12.

I know I can hunt with a semi auto shotgun in pa but what about something like the komrad 12. It's technically a firearm in pa.

No hunting with a semi handgun.

But it's not a handgun. It's classified as firearm in pa since it's a smooth bore 12 gauge.

Would you really want to? It seems like you'd lose an awful lot of range.

It's just a curiosity question since the group I hunt with does drives in really thick patches. It's also a odd ball as far as laws.

Even if it was a legal arm, which I believe it is not since it is sold and marketed as a handgun. You will get loved tenderly by the first FUDD Game Commission Warden that sees you with it and you will definitely have a bad day and most likely get it confiscated legal or not. Dont give yourself an invitation to what will end up as a very bad event.

The state definition of "firearm" doesn't have anything to do with the PGC standards for what you can hunt with.
