Pa Supreme Court 4 to 2 in favor of the Democrats

Only thing standing in the way of us being completely blue and open to magazine bans is the Pa Senate that Republicans hold a 28 to 22 advantage. We lose that and Magazine bans and just about every other gun control is on the table in Pa. Unfortunately based on recent history, it seems more like when, not if that happens.

I admire your optimism, but look at the steps NYS took to make Bruen nearly worthless in the state. Others have done so in the past, and others will continue to follow suit.

Efforts toward prevention can pay dividends, to be sure.

Since the cases I mentioned, the antis have failed to win, or,
had their wins taken from them. We have a position/advantage
we have not enjoyed for about 100 years.

The antis are always gnashing at the gates, and will never stop.
i guess I'm just trying to acknowledge the gift of the strongest gates
we have ever had, probably since the ink was drying on the 2A.

I also acknowledge that the gates need tending and reinforcement.
The cost of a breech is time, money, and risk.

So far the gates have held, mostly citing Bruen, to turn back the tyrants.
