FAL Multi Tool for stock removal
Anyone know where I could pick one up in the Lebanon/Lancaster area? I gave mine to a friend and he won't be able to get it back to me by the time my new stock arrives.

Re: FAL Multi Tool for stock removal
I couldn't find any locally. Had to order one. There are shows coming up but would be quicker to order.

You can use a dowel, or stick, or whatever to hold the spring in place, and then use a fat screwdriver to unscrew it.
But it is a hell of a lot easier to use the proper tool.
If you travels take you to Philly any time soon, I'll sell you one of mine. I don't need two.==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams

The dowel trick does work, if you want the tool I believe gunpartsguy.com has them. While you're there, check out the Vortex Flash Hiders if he still has them.

If it can be done with a dowel and screwdriver we might be able to improvise a tool. What's it look like? Do you have any dimensions?
I don't have a short temper, I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
