I have a truck/s. Don't be dumb and you won't get run over. Or worse.

I have ideas for certain countrmeasures that could be deployed in such situations.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

He approaches it from a legal standpoint. With everyone having cameras if you run someone over, they will probably go to the police. You don't just have to survive the encounter, you have to survive the fallout afterwards.

At what point does the damage that they do to a car become a felony in itself?

I think that was covered, smashing through a window(s).
Such damage would probably have to be followed by: assault, battery,
    attempted car-jacking, etc.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I'm thinking more along the lines of monetary value. There has to be a point where you cross into felony territory by vandalizing someone else's property, no?

If they break my window as they try to get into my vehicle at us, they will likely die.

If they merely stand in my way and prevent me from driving, then they live, and I made some bad route choices that day.

Before using deadly force (like shooting or driving over people), you need to be able to articulate how your choices at that moment were either (a) let them kill you or (b) do things that are intended to save your life but have the downside of maybe killing the assholes that were trying to kill you.

Deadly force may sometimes be used to save your life, save another innocent person's life, stop a kidnapping or rape, or prevent grievous bodily harm. I'm not sure where the line is between "we're grabbing you and taking you hostage" and "we're using physical force to hold you here for our purposes", but that line will be different in Philadelphia under the lunatic Krasner, than it would be further north and west of Philly, the suburbs where sanity still resides. Which is why you only see these Soros-funded anarchy festivals in jurisdictions where the DA is on board with hating America and white people and the law-abiding.

As also stated in the video, this seems like the point at which you should
    seek legal counsel.
