    It was I believe up to 8 in a year now it*s down to 6. Notary work is good for three years. You still have to fill out and send the form but it doesn*t need stamped.

    You don't need to go thru an FFL for a transfer with a CMP rifle. They will deliver the rifle directly to you and all you have to do is sign for it. (Except for a few anti gun states)
