Why is my post CLOSED?
Put a listing in the Firearms Classified. I know it was live and working because had correspondence about the pistol soon after posting on September 19. Today, I went into the post to adjust the price and it's CLOSED. How or why did that happen? Searched for it and search function wasn't working either.

I'm going to guess that you accidentally selected that when you were posting it. It's not hard to do. You should be able to change that with an edit.

Tried to change the prefix and didn't see how to do it (yeah, batting a thousand with this ad)
