This is the part they don*t understand. I use the example of driving from Philly to the Blue Route in Delco. Every little township, borough, town, etc. could have their own gun laws and one could be in violation every other mile.

In addition I add, why not just enforce the multitude of gun laws already on the books.

Doesn’t 18 Pa.C.S 913 dictate that all courtrooms, even Philly traffic court, must have storage lockers and issue receipts?

IANAL and I was hoping my post might instigate a response from one who is and/or knows for sure.

They know that and will consider it a desirable outcome.

From what I understand, they do, but the locker is in a separate building.
You must use the lockers that are available, then leave that building and
    walk to the courthouse.

The gun grabbers need to be counter-sued, punitive damages, etc to force them out of existence. They clearly know the law, they are just trying to find a judge/justice that doesn't.

They'd sued the NRA, GOA, and any gun dealer/owner into the ground - we should do the same to them.

Yep, we need to get into their pockets, that's the only thing they'd understand. Well...almost the only thing.

Although I've never been there, this is exactly what I have been hearing for years.

What is 'CJC'? I think I have someone I can ask who will know.
