Suggestions I picked up a

I picked up a Marlin glenfield Model 25. I would like to put a cheap scope on it because whoever owned it before, I assumed tried to take it off and bent it all up. The post site doesn't seem to exist anymore, and if I happen to find one, I would have to pay a gunsmith to put it on. Consequently, a scope would be cheaper in the long run. Thanks fellas joeyj

BSA Sweet .22 3x9 is a great scope for the money. They run about $60-$70. That's what I put on my Son's 25N about 15 years ago. I don't think you can beat them for the price.

The glass is clear and it always holds its zero. The rifle is very accurate with Federal Champion bulk box stuff. It also comes with three sets of turrets for different grain bullets.

I also have one on my Sig 522, and have never had any problems with either one. The Marlin is more accurate but the Sig is a lot more fun.

it's under $40 and comes with the mount. I think on a 22 it's a pretty good bang for the buck.
