Default I found a good belt for back problems!

I haven't carried for quite some time because of sciatic/disk problems. The issues got better but my thick leather gun belt kept putting pressure on my lower back while seated/driving and it became unbearable. I've been wearing the new one for about a month now, it carries my gun/extra mag with ease, it doesn't hurt or slip at all, and it doesn't cost a lot. Needless to say I'm excited. I know lower back issues are pretty common so I hope this helps somebody

^^^I have one in every color for my work casual pants. Best part is no holes to navigate as I gain weight.

Ever consider a shoulder rig for carry?

I kept having to get new holes put into my old belt as a lost weight, I really chunked up while I was out of commission lol. I have given shoulder rigs a shot but I just couldn't warm up to them.
