    Default Gun transfers

My aunt has a couple rifles, a couple pistols from her late husband, I believe that they are over 15-20 years old. Does she need to do any paper work to take them to her new home in Virginia? Second if she sells them, is there a paper work drill for that to occur?

There's nothing in Pennsylvania or Federal law that prevents her from taking them with her. I know nothing about Virginia law.

Only if she sells the handguns to another individual, but she can gve them to siblings or children without any in the state she resides in

I'm not sure what that sentence means, but Pennsylvania law doesn't allow transfers of handguns to siblings without going through an FFL. The family exceptions are limited to husband/wife, parent/child, and grandparent/grandchild. No siblings, no cousins, no aunts or uncles. And never across state lines.
