Apologies, I missed that, probably because i didn't recognize it as a town name. 3 hour drive for me each way, so that's a bit far. Will spectators be permitted that didn't buy the mg package?

That's a shame. I'm sure you'd be able to attract more vendors if you could guarantee a higher head count.

I'd like to find. more suitable location for the shoot before I do that. I currently do these events on private land (technically it's an AirBnB), but doing it on a range or at a Rod & Gun club in the Philly/Allentown area would be ideal for me. If I could do that, then I don't need to structure it the way I do now because I could accomodate a larger turnout.

I work with a number of different ranges and property owners across the state. For the sake of their own privacy, I try to keep their addresses out of the public eye unless they specifically authorize me to release that information publicly. Obviously this information IS given to people who want to attend the event.

That is a logical explanation. I would be pleasantly surprised if you could find a place in SEPA to accommodate you but check with roadkill. He works with tommygun in NEPA and they may be able to work with you. I forget the name of the range.
