Those damn Toyotas and their unintended acceleration.

At least 10 years before that whole shitstorm happened, an older woman came in to check out her car. It had just come from a body shop to repair the damage after she crashed into Yum-yum donuts in Colmar as she was attempting to park.

According to her, it just "took off by itself." This was a '98 Camry with a cable operated throttle body. I was told to look for anything that could have caused this. My reply was, "What am I looking for, evidence of self awareness?"
