10mm pistols

I like 10mm because Sonny Crockett carried a Bren 10 in Miami Vice and how much cooler could that be? I couldn't get one of those so both Sonny Crockett and I went to a Smith and Wesson 645. In the early 90's i decided to trade up and had the choice of going to a 1006 which was beefed up 4506 or a Sig P220. Went with the Sig. I've had one ever since. I now have a German made stainless frame assembled in USA P220 SBSS. Impossible to find now, they also had the 226 in 9mm same formula of SBSS. I'd buy a Sig P220 in 10mm but I've limited myself to 3 pistol calibres and keep enough ammo and reloading supplies for all three. 10mm would be nice but stretches me way too thin on keeping it fed.

Well I sorta went the other way on 10mm anyway. Just added that RIA I wanted a couple years ago, first range test went well. So I guess I'm fully committed now.

I have the RIA and it's fun to shoot. You get respect at the range. AND why not get one.

.44 mag is filling the "bear defense" gap right now, but I will also be toying with a 10mm in the near future. It won't replace the .44, but give me some other woods carry options. I can always use another pistol.

Picked up a G20....wife still loves me. Now to play around with some ammo. I am interested in the Underwood 220 grain hard cast "black cherry" coated rounds. They should be sufficient for any PA four legged critters.

I bought a Glock 20 a few years ago, it's been a fine shooter. I would probably buy a different 10mm if I was to do it again though. I don't carry it anymore so I'd probably get the Glock 40 or a 1911 frame.

I have one 10mm Handgun, I don't really consider it a Handgun, (CMMG MK10 300). I am looking at adding an FN 510 to my Handgun Collection.
