    In PA you need your LTCF to:
    • Conceal
    • Carry in a Vehicle (transporting cased and unloaded to the range is NOT carrying)
    • Carry in a City of the First Class (over 1 Million residents, Philly is the only one in PA) - this is a State, not City, law
    • Carry during a State of Emergency


    The law is silent on open carry, so it is not illegal. If you're not doing one of the above, go for it.

    Note: Vehicle includes ANY conveyance meant to carry people or cargo - car, motorcycle, bus, train, horse, boat, bicycle... skateboard...
