Can*t help with Ranges, but if you like the outdoors and haven*t already, check out the trails at Ricketts Glen. Lots of waterfalls and absolutely beautiful.

I was going to suggest Piestraks Gun shop, but just found out they are closed as of April...
Shame, since they were good folks to deal with.

Curts gun shop is pretty good. I've been there for reloading supplies many times.

The Cabin is located in Plains up past the Woodlands. Nice indoor range. Outdoor public ranges your limited to the PA Game Commission Ranges. There is one up on Suscon Road, the other is on Patla Rd off rt 118 going towards Red Rock.

As for shops, Bear's Gun Room and Advanced Arms are the two big ones. Piestracks in Alden is small and gets packed on the weekends. Curts is nice if you drive out of Luzerne County. Lots of neat stuff to look at.

There is a range right down the street from our house on patla rd, its never patrolled (from the sound of it).

No range, just a decent shop. Wouldn't be a bad idea to stop in and ask them though. If it's anything like the local shops here, they might even sell memberships to the local ranges.
