    There is a note on the link saying the law will expire in 2023 so that is probably why this new bill was introduced. The original law did ban armor piercing bullets but ONLY if they were used in a crime. As usual today's democrats have to make their gun laws apply to law abiding people.

    I was wondering why they specifically mentioned the KTW bullet since that round wasn't made since the 80's. It was just a lazy cut and paste.
