Cliffs notes: badguy steals motorcyclists glock right off his hip at traffic light, then runs over the motorcycle when motorcyclist objects. Then gets into road rage pistol waving contest with a third party, then is ventilated by LVMPD.

Donut's video doesn't show the gun being lifted, just the suspect running over the bike and driving away after the bike rider tried to get his gun back. I've completely switched over to shoulder holster while riding a motorcycle. Better access if needed to draw, and better protected from weather and being lifted. Open carry is alright for certain situations but on a motorcycle you use both hands to ride and control the bike leaving your firearm unattended. Barsony holster makes an inexpensive nylon shoulder holster and Diamond D makes nice across the chest holster in nylon called Denali. If you choose a Barsony buy the holster without the mag pouches because it has better shoulder straps. Carry spare mags in riding jacket or on belt.

You wear it under your riding jacket, no one will see it. I have a textile for summer and full leather for cooler weather. The bottom hem makes it hard to carry a waist holster and of course you'd never carry IWB on a motorbike. Do what works for you but I've found carrying inside my jacket in a proper holster the best way to access my firearm, control my bike and protect my firearm from theft or damage.
