Yes, the common working class folk shop at kohls for good prices on quality clothing. I shop at kohls. It's a bit more expensive than walmart, but that's the price you pay for not having to go to walmart.

For the most part I see these hoodlums stealing high end items that they turn around and sell on facebook marketplace at a discount, turning the goods into cash, so they can buy drugs and guns. A $30 pair of jeans isn't going to net you anything on marketplace.
