Gotta be a gazillion more vehicles on that road at any given hour than the roads around here, and WE were able to take a city bus and several passenger vehicles along when our bridge collapsed!

The news said that a tanker caught fire under the overpass. Was it parked under there, and somebody set it on fire? Or did the driver notice something wrong & decided to stop there?
