NRA Basic Pistol-Bucks County "2nd" Project
As firearms are flying off the shelves, and with a little stimulus from Dave Donley, Jason and Barry from JSHolsters will conduct a multi site NRA Basic Pistol course on December 20, 2008 for all those new shooters clammering for training.
This announcement covers the Upper Bucks County/Northampton County location, Hellertownsportsmen.com; Lead Instructor will be NRA Senior Training Counselor Jason Schafer (also a Utaw CC Instructor)
The second location will be in theLower county, at Langhorne Rod and Gun Club (see announcement)
The NRA Basic Pistol course is a 10 hour program that will introduce the foundation of Firearms Safety and gun handling; essential firearms knowledge about revolvers and pistol 'types' as well as ammunition; the principles of a solid position for accuracy; the fundementals of firing a shot; gun cleaning and storage; and avenues for further training and practice.
Pre-registration is essential!
