    im pretty sure if i was 25 and a cheerleader hopped into my car i wouldnt have shot her just asked her age to see if she was legal.

    Not long ago a young white woman did that and the black driver took her out to the middle of nowhere and raped and then stabbed her over a 120 times. Talk about whiter supremacy.

    Elgin Police said they arrested Pedro Tello Rodriguez Jr., 25, and charged him with deadly conduct, a third-degree felony.
    Seems like a stupid charge to me. Why not attempted murder?
