    If you are turning in a shotgun before you go get a hacksaw and cut the barrel short. They will usually they give the max amount.

    Emptymag. No, not supporting, rather taking money out of their budget in exchange for items that are 100% unsafe/unusable as a firearm.

    Someone posted about an FFL setting up a tent to fish out and save the real firearms. Binghamton NY 3 years ago that occurred. FFL got permission from a property owner just up the street and was appraising and offering cash. The DA tried to chase them off and use legal means to stop it.. couldn't touch him so they closed the buy back down and left. I hear rumors that his shop still gets harassed by the city and county
