Got it! Called KelTec CS, tech assured that the muzzle thread is right-hand and confirmed heat needed to defeat the LocTite. I applied more heat than I did before, and it came off.
However, it took a lot of torque and remained vey tight for the first eighth of a turn. How I summoned the torque...the two open-end wrenches formed a clock of about 5 of 12. I inserted a screwdriver between the wrenches and leveraged them apart.
Kind of relieved it's over.There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Have you considered using a jam nut instead of a crush washer for the new muzzle device?
I like them because they are easy peasy to install/remove stuff.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

This is a jam nut. Thus, the two wrenches. And yes, I plan on using the jam nut on the new brake.
