Well in that case, the OP is out of luck. Too bad. Should have thought of that before commiting his "drug offense" whatever that may have been.

Re: can a felon hunt with a black powder rifle?
Yup its archery or nothing for you... the good news is you can archery hunt during every season that you can rifle hunt during...
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Re: can a felon hunt with a black powder rifle?
Well in repsonse to berks county dave I wish I would have thought more about the possible repercussions of my actions but failed to do so at the time. Some of the things that now matter to me the most never even enterd my mind when I was in my teens. I never really thought about the difficulties that would occur such as trying to get a decent job or being able to coach my kids little league team, or being able to take my kids hunting. I already do hunt with a crossbow and a compound bow. Im not asking for your pitty and contrary to what you seem to feel not all felons are scumbags
