    Default Pre-emption gone wrong

fter bumping shoulders with some gangbanger, random guy starts to go pre-emptive, which results in him being shot:

Maybe he should of just continued to walk?

I would hardly consider that a sholder bump, looks more like a montage or staged incident. The 2 people barely brushed one an other. Looke more like a recreation of an incident. If you ever been bumped by some one trying to show his colors, you know better then to question it unless you are very prepared to deal with more of the same. Even if he has no gun!

the fact the add sound to the video removes a lot to it. Any one ever seen a video outside that records? I mean other then at entrance gates. We install video for surveilance where I work, but I have never heard of one that records out on the street.

I couldnt listen to the audio, but did not look montaged or recreated.

Just basing on the reaction of the people around.

Its retarded how people will fight over things like that.

I have to agree with Frenchie, it looks like a re-creation. How would a surveylance video camera zoom and pan to follow the main players? Especially at just the right times.
Re-creation or not, you're right jmateer, he should have just continued to walk. It would be stupid to singlehandedly confront any one individual with a gang.

The only sound was the gunshot, which most definately were added for dramatic effect. It's possible its a remake...but I'd call the evidence "inconclusive."
