Danke shoen, I did look for that but couldn't find it. It does say at the top, "unless otherwise ordered". Somewhere I got the impression that it could be up to the discretion of the PO and I would ask if they could waive that if the firearms are locked up and the spouse has no access to them.

In other news, wait 'til you see what your auto insurance does, if it hasn't already.

Wow, I assume since you "voluntarily" sign this, it's legal, but holy crap, you're signing away a helluva lot of freedom. Clearly a Hobson's Choice situation.

Shit, mine went up 20% since last year just because of inflation.

Sure it's voluntary to sign it but as ugly as it is, it beats the other option.

I await my aviation insurance quote, they sent me a warning about price increases over a month ago.

I wouldnt worry about a parole officer visit at this point, maybe maybe not, but a friend,
did six months in jail, and the parole people said they wont visit his home because hes not a risk.
He did give his guns to a friend but still drank. He didn't get a DUI though, but wasn't allowed to drink.
They said covid is the reason for no visits. They only visit the real criminals (bad ones).
A friend is a parole officer, if you DON'T have beer at the house, he'll write you up

Family friend going through this right now. His post high school aged son got into ARD and they have the same condition they*re applying to you. He*s probably about 9 months in and they*ve not had any visits but were told with Covid winding down they could still get one.

His brother is out of state, his parents are passed, he has his hand guns in a storage locker.
