Yea for real dont talk to police it wont help ANYTHING. Ask what you are being detained for and if you are free to go, otherwise find out what you are being detained for and then shut your mouth and call a lawyer.

Suddenly it all becomes clear. I'd better just stay home from now on.

A few have spoken to me, and one was on the verge of asking me to leave an establishment when the manager intervened, and the rest have just walked on by or stood around with me in line and never said a thing. And I am talking somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 cops or so total which I have encountered while wearing my gun openly.
Lemme try to remember here... maybe because you look like you don't fit in the back seat of modern police cars.. Maybe because you have that "Wild" look that says to them, I WANT FOOD... And if you get in my way, I'll eat your chicken wings off!

Edit to add the Sarcastic smile...

The choice is yours, place your faith in the court system and 12 of your peers, or carried away by 6 friends.

Yeah, they'd have to bring the paddy wagon just for me! Either that or strap me on the fender like a deer. Heck, I don't fit into the front seat of most cars, police or not!

Here's the conversation I had when I encountered an OCer while in my JBT mall ninja wannabee uniform.

Oh yes and I'll include another security officers comments as well.

When my turn to speak came around again, I have a rant ready to go. "Are you telling me that my use of my God given rights, enumerated in the Constitution and seconded by the U.S. Supreme Court, are now considered evidence of criminal activity? Officer, where did you study civics in school? Was it Dachau, Buchenwald or Auschwitz? Was your teacher named Mengele or Eichman? (Adapted from lines spoken by George C Scott in Hospital circa 1972.)
