Looking for Local 7.62X54R surplus, where?

I have had my M44 for a few years now and can't seem to find any good surplus ammo in the pittsburgh area. R&D up in Zelie had some for a while but I think they went out of business. I have found some good prices online ut I don't really want to pay for the shipping and would rather give my money to someone local.

Actually, I need ammo for the Mauser too.



Does anyone know a good local place for surplus ammo?

R&D gun shop moved out onto 19 as you go to Zelie up the hill past the FORD dealer on the right hes on the right in the same bldg. as the nursery/feed store he owns all of it. I was not sure my self as I walked up with a number of pistols I needed to transfer until I saw the BIG Kimber banner in the window. Also let me check a place in Hampton he might have some.

I just got a text back from that friend of mine in Hampton he has around 1000rnds he was out and was not sure the price. His gun shop is off Wildwood ext. when I get the price from him I'll send a private mess. with the price and # to his gun shop

no, this is at his private residence, its been around for years.

i'm actually living in west deer right now(not like its far away) but have lived most of my life in or around gibsonia.

had a few friends that lived on richland rd. one whos property may very well have bordered yours at some time...haha. small world

It's been way too long, but in the past I have always went to SGL 203 off of 910. I have been looking for a closer range (especially one that is free) but have not had too much luck.

I'm just excited to sight in this M44. Last time it wouldn't hit the broadside of a barn.

I can hear the wexford game lands from inside my house so I'm pretty close. as for the 7.62x54R ammo he has a little over 1300+- rnds @ 0.14 a round [ good/bad I don't have a clue ]. He's got a ton of guns ALL kinds ARs, AKs,MACs,SKS,bolt act., you name it . I am gonna PM you and Justin with his shop info.
