There's no mention of the other juvenile. If one is being charged as an adult, I would assume that the other kid is being charged with something, given what was reported.

and here within lies the entire problem, the other one involved should be charged as an accessory to attempted murder. The one who attempted to shoot regardless of age should be sentenced to death, or at least life in prison ( if the victim was a better shot under duress I feel like natural selection would have played it's course .. but I digress). The problem is they are going to most likely be back out on the street in like 2-4 years or worse because the local DA's are sooooooo sympathetic to the criminals not even charge them because he learned his lesson when he was shot.

To be fair, the kid alrady had a gun pulled on him, and it seems like he had incoming rounds before he managed to draw and get a round off. Thus suppressing fire.
