Don't know about PSP, Fish Commish do travel the river from time to time (speaking from experience

Buddy of mine got a house on the river up there. One time, bout 10 years ago we went up for the weekend and I forgot to bring my fishing license (had one, just left it at home). So I'm fishing anyway, and a boat comes around the bend in the river and my buddy says, "yep, they got you." Sure 'nuff, they pull up to shore and ask me for my license. You could carry a cannon on your hip there and be just fine. There is a great sportsman club there just west of the BP on Rt. 6. Welcome to the forum.
