    Default It makes power factor.......

Here's what a case of beer, a trip to Lowes and a bunch of PVC can produce. This is my pneumatic tactical spud gun (note usage of Real Tree camo). I used 2 water sprinkler solenoids and ran a bunch of 9v batteries in series linked to a push button switch to trigger it(with toggle safety). It will throw a tater through 1/2" plywood.

Target loads are 300+ fps with a 2252gr projectile. Power factor of 675.

Are they legal? I had thought about building one once, but assumed they were illegal.

Actually, I think that they're still OK as long as they are less than a 3.75" caliber.

You forgot that the french fries must also be less than three inches in length and no more than .65 inches in circumfrence.
