Re: Law enforcement legal question
Guys/Girls, I think most if not all of us understand it's not the dogs. It hardly ever is. I love dogs, what's not to love ? Some have been bred to with certain dispositions and habits, most do what they are supposed to well. They also have instincts. Mine does !!!
It's the owners, in this case a trainer that are the problem. Thinking you're going to move in then gradually I'll live my life around you is a mistake. I saw it coming, 3 years in the making. If he gets the message and smartens up, good I'm happy for him. If not then he'll be the cause of his own demise not me. His issue. He's out there training every day. I'm free to walk my property anytime I see fit. Or just spend time out there doing nothing. Having clients present in this situation certainly can't be a comfortable position to be in when I'm soo close by on my own property. He's gotten a little mouthy and cocky once or twice before, I never responded..... but I can see he's thinking twice about it now.
I can't express how grateful I am for the helpful (and comical at times) feedback. This is a great community to be a part of, I should have joined sooner. Thank You Again !!!

Re: Law enforcement legal question
Thank You, I could do that. Zoning is aware, I gave them all the details, his website included. Police mentioned he is getting shut down, but they are having trouble finding the owner of the house....Can you see where this is going LOL. Rumor has it he trains for the borough, or at least privately for a cop or two. I'm going to bide my time and let them hang themselves if possible.... Thank You though, it might turn out to be the best option
