I'm not saying we don't need to keep an eye on the UN Arms Treaty , but they need 60 votes in the senate to ratify a treaty. That is in addition to the 60 votes needed to bring it to the floor as per filibuster rule.

seems like that's the new direction doesn't it? I for one did not ask to be part of it and I am sure a majority of the country feels teh same way minus the
pockets of highly populated dem run area's ... half of which would still be against it if they understood the ramifications.
