Have some questions I can't find answers to on website.

1) How do you get your member status. Noticed mine changed. How and why did that happen?

2) I see stars by some threads for ratings. Who does the rating? And what is it rated on?

3) Reputation. Who decides you have a good reputation? How do you earn your reputation?

1) How do you get your member status. Noticed mine changed. How and why did that happen?

As your post count increases your member status will change at various intervals. In your case you hit the 100 count.

2) I see stars by some threads for ratings. Who does the rating? And what is it rated on?

In the top right corner of any thread you'll see a "Rate Thread" link. When you click that a little menu will drop down that let's you choose 1-5 stars. Pick the one you want and your vote goes in. The votes are averages to give the thread a rating.

3) Reputation. Who decides you have a good reputation? How do you earn your reputation?
