    When one comments on such things we only have what is put there to go on, but to me it sure sounds premeditated homicide to me.

    I just got off the phone, I cancelled my membership after 7 years of payments and I'm getting a refund on this months payment.

    Summary seems to be that if you commit a crime, don't count on them for defense.
