Not in New Jersey...
You may have heard of the man in New Jersey who was beaten to death yesterday by some scumbag, and then the scumbag lead police on a state-wide chase before being captured. Not in New Jersey can you have a gun for your most basic of human rights, self-protection. What will be said about the victim who should be alive today...Mike45

Re: Not in New Jersey...
OK, so if he actually posts bail (750K really isnt all that much)...he can GET OUT after beating an old man to death?!?! He cant leave the state...right? So then the govt of NewJermany will release a guy like this back onto the NJ streets where citizens have zero rights to protect themselves!....seems like the ol' Massachusetts Willie Horton furlough thing all over again!
if you ever see my post edited...its most likely for speling :D
"Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges"-In Time of War the Law Falls Silent-Cicero
"Si vis pacem, para bellum"-If you want peace, prepare for war-Flavius Vegetius Renatus
"America Starts Here!"-former PA state Slogan...until NJ complained and our wussy GovRendell changed it!

Unfortunately, we'll never find out. If the poor victim was law abiding, his state denied him a basic right of protection.Last edited by nijwnfi; March 16th, 2007 at 05:30 PM.
