gas price what........

Western PA is at the end of east coast supply lines. We either get our gas from NYC or Chi-town (Chicago). That would be the reason for WPA's prices still being in the $2.65-ish range.

Regular unleaded was priced from $2.17 to $2.05 in Mechanicsburg today. But I was a bad American and got half a tank full at a Citgo station today. It's the only gas in my area that is ethanol free. (and don't get me started on the a-holes that decided it would be 'good' to use a staple food like corn for fuel) So, in between filling up at the Giant grocery stores and getting big savings there with the bonus card, on my in between fillups, I hit the Citgo.

+1 on the Giant Bonus Card Discounts. Thankfully I don't generally have to fill my truck between when the points are redeemable, and my wife prides herself on the ablility to rack up the bonus points by doing all the extra bonus point promotions, I filled up for $1.33/gal last time

I don't like giving Hugo Chavez my money, but I like ethanol in my gas even less. Thanks for the Citgo tip.
