Question Shipping long guns through mail/private carrier in PA

Since you do not need to transfer long guns via FFL within the state of PA, are you allowed to purchase a long gun or lower receiver assembly form some one in say Philthy and have the seller ship it to you via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as long as you are receiving it in state?

Yes, legally. The carriers may give you attitude though.

I'll second the yes that knight gave you. USPS would probably be the cheapest route.
