Ok! here is a project that I have been working on, and wanted to share with you.

I absolutely love the HK line of firearms, and one of my favorites among others, is the HK UMP (which is a .45cal select fire sub machine gun).
Of course, the real full auto versions are way outta my league, so I figured I would improvise and still get the same look at least.

I bought an HK USC a few months ago, with intentions of converting it to a UMP (semi auto SBR).

I was able to get all the conversion parts that I needed, and in the process I also found out that the 9mm parts were available also....So I bought them too.

Kit includes:
HK UMP lower
Folding Stock
Stock Block (which hinges and holds the stock to the upper)
Stock Block Pin (which holds the stock to the block)
Accessory Rails
HK Vertical Fore Grip
25rd Magazines (original USC mag is only 10rds)
8" Barrel

9mm Kit:
HK 9mm Bolt Assembly
Barrel
30rd Magazines

The only thing left to do, is to get the 8" barrel.
But I can't do that until I get my SBR tax stamp.
In the mean time, I can still shoot it and have fun.
I am actually using it tomorrow in a carbine competition.

you just need to SBR it...

Or get a barrel shroud or fake can that slips over it like they make for the PS90's. Make that barrel seem shorter.

I already have the SBR forms in the works (ATF takes their time)...
And I am going to suppress it after.

so Ron, want to go shooting sometime? I have a HK P2000, I'll let you play with my carry piece if you let me play with the zombie slayer. Also great call on that conversion it looks good man. As you know because you have, HK is not cheap to play around with.
