Looks good man. I've been kicking around the idea of doing that to my AR as well as my 1911. What'd it set you back if you don't mind my asking?

The upper starts at 550, lothar-walther barrel upgrade is another 100, 30 for the longer rails, 50 more for a couple of mags... I think 80 a piece for the flip up sights... 5 rail panels at 10 per from aim... 30 for the vfg. A good bit.

But I plan to make it up shooting LOTS of 22lr.

It was my b-day gift to me from myself, and my present for being cigarette free for 2 years now. Grrrr.

Now I need to find a way to get my mitts on a 512 eotech.

Thanks, folks. I took her out again today, and had a helluva time. It's been AGES since I had that much fun, shooting that much ammo, and not caring about the cost.
