Default Someone is hunting in my spot!

Found a feeder and a new treestand on my 5D spot over the early muzzle loader season and it doesn't belong to me or my buddies that hunt there. So my question is,what would you guys do? Just a little background on the spot It's a private residence in Delco that's not posted and I have hunted there for about 13 years. would you go to the landowner or try to handle it yourself?

First thing I would do is to talk to the landowner. If you have permission to hunt there, and they don't, then you have an angle. If the landowner gave both you and the other permission to hunt, I would say you need to move on.

If he has permission. Is it a "fixed" stand?
Yeah seems like a case of first come. How was he to know it was your spot?

Or you could get there bright and early and sit in his stand. Nothing he could do about that. When he shows up, thank him for scouting the area for you. hahaha.

i'd spray a bunch of deer-b-gone in a 300 yard perimeter around the tree stand.

(disclaimer: as far as i know, deer-b-gone does not actually exist.)

Was there any indication (for this new guy to see) that the spot was being used by another party? If so, the guy is out of line, if not, it could be an honest mistake.
Anyways, as others have said, talk to the land owner.

Once Obama takes over and I lose my job and house (i am white). Maybe I can make some money by pissing on my neighbor's rotodendrons.
