    Default Legal? Tannerite, etc.

    1. Tannerite
    2. Incendiary ammo for small arms
    3. Flash bangs
    4. Training grenades (kind of like the ones in military - give a little pop in a fake body)

Any of this stuff legal or illegal in PA? Guidelines? Thanks!

First two are legal. Tannerite comes in ready-mix containers. But cannot be transported mixed together. Incindiary ammo is also legal, but most places don't want anything to do with it on their ranges. Same with tracer rounds.

I'm not sure about flash-bangs or practice gernades. Someone else can answer that one.

I'm curious how we have come to the conclusion that Tannerite is legal. Are there no regulations or laws on these types of things in PA, or is there a reason Tannerite is specifically not an issue in the state? I know most fireworks are regulated in the state, for example. I'm more interested in the state than federal. Thanks!

because the tannerite comes unmixed, so you are not buying an explosive, you are buying two separate compounds, as opposed to ready made fireworks.

im not sure about real flash bangs, but i dont see any reason why training grenades would be illegal. and hell, if you can buy door breaching rounds, why not flashbangs?

That's what it says on his website. But he is referring to federal law mostly. By your logic, I can manufacture 8 oz bottle rockets and shoot them on my property. Is that legal? How about nitroglycerin? Can I make that and set it off on my property? I don't know the answer to any of these questions - as far as PA is concerned.

You can buy cocaine. Doesn't make it legal. As for door breaching rounds, they are nothing more than shotgun shells.

The forum staff and the lawyers we have on the board are conspicuously absent. I take this to mean this is not a settled issue?
